Measure was a progressive heavy metal band and wanted some ‘behind the scenes’ style imagery that was gritty and authentic, but also beautiful in appearance.

Using only ambient light and reflectors I shot them in their rehearsal space and in studio during the recording of their E.P ‘Here be Monsters’. I kept the images deliberately dark to ad to the moody aesthetic, but also to hide the messy environments.
